Just like humans, animals may have allergies, and animals overall are sensitive to smell. The oils of peppermint, tea tree, and eucalyptus are fatal to dogs and cats, so the use of these oils is forbidden, and we recommend consulting a specialist before use.

Depending on the fragrance and the product, it can be usable. However, where hormonal changes occur actively during pregnancy, we recommend consulting a specialist before use.

GRANHAND's incense is not 100% natural as it is composed of 95% natural wood powder and 5% fragrance. 

Just like not taking dietary supplements or medications for a long time or taking a break in between, natural oils can be overwhelming and create tolerance. GRANHAND recommends taking a 1-month break or change into another scent after 1~2months of use.

The levels of perfume depend on the concentration of the fragrance oil and alcohol; when more fragrance oil ratio, the stronger the scent lasts. The perfumes divide into 4 types according to the percentage of the oil, and GRANHAND's perfume is Eau de Perfume (EDP) concentration. 

1. Perfume (15~20%):

The strongest concentration / Lasts 6~8 hours 

2. Eau de Perfume (10~15%):

Close to perfume but relatively shorter / Lasts 5~6 hours 

3. Eau de Toilette (5~10%):

Lighter than Eau de Perfume, easier, and sprayed more often / Lasts 3~4 hours 

4. Eau de Cologne (3~5%):

Used to spray lightly, after shower / Lasts 1~2 hours
